Compressed air filters Dali Q, P, S, C, etc.

During compression, particles of water, dust and oil accumulate in the air. If the compressed air is not filtered out, then this impurity will directly enter the compressor unit, which will lead to its contamination and the appearance of rust. This will degrade the performance of the equipment and may lead to its failure, as well as harm the consumer of compressed air. Therefore, in order for the compressed air to meet the production requirements, it is necessary to use compressed air filters that will purify the compressed air.
Coarse filter of Class Q
The two-layer filter consists of a mesh (stainless steel) that traps moisture from the filter element (fiberglass). The filter element traps particles of 3 microns in size. Moisture accumulates at the bottom and is removed from the filter. Removal of water - up to 25,000 ppm (99% of moisture can be retained) and oil - up to 3 ppm.
It is used as a pre-filter before dehumidifiers, as a pre-filter before the main filters of the air line.
Fine filter of class P
The filter element consists of a multilayer glass fiber that does not allow particles of 1 micron or more to pass through, and a sleeve with holes that allows air to flow quickly to the filter. The moisture contained in the air (concentrations of 25,000 ppm) is retained by 100%. Only 1ppm of oil impurities remains.
This type of filter can be used as a pre-filter for a finer filter, as a pre-filter for pneumatic tools or pneumatic cylinders, as well as for some pneumatic control systems or the main pipeline filter.
Filter for cleaning from oil impurities of class S
The filter consists of a multilayer sponge, which is used as a pre-cleaning, and of glass fiber of a special design with surface treatment, which allows the filter to retain particles of 0.01 microns in size, while the outer layer of the sponge absorbs oil vapors. This filter allows you to retain 99.99% of oil impurities and only 0.01 ppm remains.
Provides clean compressed air for precision instrument operation, spray painting, food processing, drug production and electronics industry. It can be used with a conventional compressor instead of an oil-free compressor for cheaper and easier maintenance.
Carbon filter with Class C odor removal
The activated carbon layer in the filter removes 95% of oil vapors and hydrocarbons. The filter also has a patented fibrous layer to separate the smallest particles and oil vapor residues. The composition also includes fiberglass separating solid particles of 0.01 microns in size, and a synthetic sponge to protect the fiberglass. After filtration, the remaining oil vapor is 0.003 ppm, which no longer gives an unpleasant smell.
It is used in mixing processes in the food industry and medicine, as well as in beer fermentation processes, protective work under water, removal of unpleasant odors in the work area.
